It is good to have a collection of hi-resolution images that represent your target audience.
It is advised that each image used should invoke an emotional response by the viewer, and should be an image that your audience identifies with.
The term used for this type of imagery is Stock Image. Although purchasing images can be an expensive activity, there are a number of very good websites that offer free stock images.
Unsplash- Dedicated to sharing copyright-free photography under the Unsplash license. The website claims over 70,000 contributing photographers and generates more than 5 billion photo impressions per month on their growing library of over 509,000 photos
